Summary

Eight NFL player prop betting sites ranked on cost per prop bet, prop menu depth, same-game parlay tools, live props and state availability.

Key takeaways

  • Lowest cost: Novig charges no fee to either side of a pre-game straight trade, and a single player prop is a straight trade, so a yardage or touchdown prop costs the contract price and nothing more.

  • Prop depth: DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM post the longest NFL prop menus, with alternate yardage lines and touchdown scorer markets on every game.

  • Parlay tools: FanDuel’s SGP+ and DraftKings’ SGPx both let a bettor add legs from other games to a same-game parlay.

  • Sportsbook pricing: a prop priced at -115 on both sides leaves the book about 6.5% of the money wagered, against about 4.5% on a standard -110 point spread.

  • Other prediction markets: Kalshi lists NFL touchdown scorer and yardage contracts with a taker fee, and ProphetX takes 2% of net winnings on straight trades.

NFL player prop betting sites in 2026

A player prop is a bet on one player’s stat line: a quarterback’s passing yards, a running back’s rushing yards, a receiver’s catches, or whether a given player scores a touchdown. Most are an over/under on a posted line, the same structure as a game total.

Sportsbooks and prediction markets both list NFL props, and they charge for them differently. A sportsbook builds its margin into the odds on each side. A prediction market matches two users and charges a posted fee, or no fee on some trades; the mechanics are covered in prediction markets vs. sportsbooks.

The ranking weighs five things in this order: cost per prop bet, prop menu depth (passing, rushing and receiving yards, touchdown scorers, alternate lines), same-game parlay tools, live props, and where the site is available. Welcome offers aren’t part of the ranking.

1. Novig: best for cost per prop bet

Novig is a sports prediction market operated by Ludlow Exchange, LLC, which the Commodity Futures Trading Commission designated as a contract market on June 16, 2026. A prop on Novig is a contract that pays $1 if it hits and $0 if it doesn’t, so an over priced at 52 cents is the market’s 52% estimate that the player clears the line. Novig’s help center lists player props among its NFL single-game markets, next to the spread, total, moneyline and first-half lines.

Under Novig’s published fee schedule, pre-game straight trades carry no fee for either side, which is why it ranks first. Buying 100 contracts on an over at 50 cents costs $50 and returns $100 if it hits. Live NFL straights charge the taker 0.03 x price x (1 - price) per contract, which is $0.75 per 100 contracts at 50 cents, and parlays carry a fee that’s already built into the quoted price. A user whose resting order gets filled pays nothing on any trade type.

Prices on lightly traded props depend on who is posting orders, so the gap between the best buy and sell price can be wider on depth players. Novig isn’t offered in Arizona, Michigan or Nevada, and the minimum age is 21.

  • Best for: Pre-game yardage, reception and touchdown props with no fee

  • Type: CFTC-regulated prediction market

  • Cost per prop bet: No fee on pre-game straight trades; taker fees on live, futures and parlay trades

  • Parlay tools: Parlays priced by quote, with the fee included in the price

  • Availability: Every state except Arizona, Michigan and Nevada; 21+

2. DraftKings Sportsbook: best for prop menu depth

DraftKings posts one of the deepest NFL prop menus each week, with passing, rushing and receiving yards, receptions and touchdown scorers, alternate lines on the main yardage props, and regular odds boosts. SGPx combines same-game parlays from different games on one ticket, and the live menu updates props during play. Pricing is the house’s, with the vig built in. In states without the sportsbook, DraftKings Predictions runs in the same app.

  • Best for: Prop menu depth and odds boosts

  • Type: State-licensed sportsbook

  • Cost per prop bet: Vig built into the odds

  • Parlay tools: Same-game parlays and SGPx

  • Availability: Sportsbook in licensed states; DraftKings Predictions in other states

3. FanDuel Sportsbook: best for same-game parlays

FanDuel’s app is quick to navigate, and its SGP+ tool adds legs from other games to a same-game parlay. Live same-game parlays run during games. The prop menu carries alternate passing, rushing and receiving yardage lines on featured players. The margin’s built into the odds, as it is at every sportsbook here. FanDuel Predicts, a prediction market built with CME Group, covers states without the sportsbook.

  • Best for: Same-game parlays built from props

  • Type: State-licensed sportsbook

  • Cost per prop bet: Vig built into the odds

  • Parlay tools: Same-game parlays, SGP+ and live same-game parlays

  • Availability: Sportsbook in licensed states; FanDuel Predicts in other states

4. BetMGM: best for season-long props and editing bets

BetMGM runs a wide menu of season-long player props next to its weekly board, which carries alternate receiving lines and multi-touchdown scorer markets. Edit My Bet lets a bettor add, swap or remove a parlay leg, or raise the stake, after the bet is placed, as long as cash-out is available, and the edit places a new bet in place of the old one. That’s useful when a receiver is ruled out with inactives 90 minutes before kickoff.

  • Best for: Season-long props and adjusting prop parlays after news

  • Type: State-licensed sportsbook

  • Cost per prop bet: Vig built into the odds

  • Parlay tools: Same-game parlays and Edit My Bet

  • Availability: 23 states plus DC and Puerto Rico; 21+

5. bet365: best for live props

Live betting is where bet365 puts its effort. The app lists thousands of in-game markets, live streaming and Match Live, a tracker that follows the game with stats while bets run, and its in-play menu moves quickly between plays. The interface isn’t the easiest for a first-time bettor to read.

  • Best for: Betting props during the game

  • Type: State-licensed sportsbook

  • Cost per prop bet: Vig built into the odds

  • Parlay tools: Same-game parlays

  • Availability: 16 states plus DC

6. Fanatics Sportsbook: best for injury protection on props

Fanatics voids an eligible over on an NFL player prop when the player leaves with an injury in the first half and doesn’t return, and in a parlay the voided leg drops out while the rest of the ticket stands. It’s one account for the sportsbook and Fanatics Markets, its prediction market, depending on location.

  • Best for: Over bettors who want cover against an early injury

  • Type: State-licensed sportsbook

  • Cost per prop bet: Vig built into the odds

  • Parlay tools: Same-game parlays

  • Availability: Sportsbook in licensed states; Fanatics Markets where available; 21+

7. Kalshi: best for touchdown scorer contracts

Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated prediction market that lists NFL touchdown scorer contracts (first, anytime and multiple touchdowns) and over/under contracts on rushing and receiving yards. Its standard taker fee follows a formula that peaks at $1.75 per 100 contracts at a 50-cent price, and it opens accounts at 18. Its sports contracts aren’t available in some states after court orders, Nevada among them.

  • Best for: Touchdown scorer props outside sportsbook states

  • Type: CFTC-regulated prediction market

  • Cost per prop bet: Taker fee per contract; maker fee on NFL game, spread and total markets

  • Parlay tools: Multi-leg contracts

  • Availability: Most states; sports contracts blocked in some, including Nevada

8. ProphetX: best for paying a fee only on winning props

ProphetX is a peer-to-peer prediction market; the CFTC designated ProphetX LLC as a contract market on June 11, 2026. It lists NFL player props next to game lines and futures. On straight trades it takes 2% of net winnings and doesn’t charge on a losing trade, so 100 contracts bought at 50 cents that win pay $1 in fees. That costs more than Novig on a pre-game prop and less than the margin in a sportsbook’s odds.

  • Best for: Peer-to-peer prop trading with a fee only on winners

  • Type: CFTC-regulated prediction market

  • Cost per prop bet: 2% of net winnings on straight trades

  • Parlay tools: Parlays

  • Availability: Most states

How to choose a player prop betting site

  • Cost per prop bet: A sportsbook’s margin sits in the odds on both sides of the prop, while a prediction market charges a posted fee. A pre-game prop on Novig carries neither.

  • Prop menu depth: DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM carry alternate yardage lines and the widest touchdown scorer menus; prediction markets list the main lines.

  • Same-game parlay tools: Props are the usual parlay legs, and SGP+, SGPx and Edit My Bet are sportsbook features.

  • Live props: In-game props reprice between plays, so bet slip speed matters; on a prediction market, a position can also be sold before it settles.

  • Availability: Sportsbooks work only in states that license them; prediction markets reach more states.

How to bet NFL player props

A prop starts with a posted line, usually a half-number so there’s no push. You pick the player and stat, take the over or under, and set the stake. The basics of reading football odds are in how to bet on football.

Say a sportsbook posts a running back at 64.5 rushing yards, -115 on both the over and the under. A $115 bet on the over wins $100 if he runs for 65 yards or more and loses if he doesn’t. If the book takes $115 on each side, it holds $230 and pays the winner $215, the $115 stake plus $100, and keeps $15, about 6.5% of the money wagered.

On a prediction market the same over might trade at 50 cents. Buying 100 contracts costs $50 and pays $100 if he clears 64.5 yards, a $50 profit. At -115, you’d need a $57.50 stake at a sportsbook to win that same $50. On Novig, a pre-game prop at that price carries no fee.

NFL player prop betting FAQ

What is the best site for NFL player props?

Novig is the lowest-cost option for pre-game props because it charges no fee on straight trades before kickoff. DraftKings has the deepest prop menu, FanDuel has the best same-game parlay tools, and BetMGM leads on season-long props. A wider ranking is in our list of the best NFL betting sites.

Can you parlay NFL player props?

Yes. Every sportsbook on this list has same-game parlays, and FanDuel’s SGP+ and DraftKings’ SGPx add legs from other games. Novig prices parlays by quote with its fee already in the price, and Kalshi lists multi-leg contracts.

How does an anytime touchdown prop differ from a first touchdown prop?

An anytime prop wins if the player scores a touchdown himself at any point in the game, rushing, receiving or on a return. A first touchdown prop wins only if he scores the game’s first touchdown, which is why it pays longer odds. A quarterback’s passing touchdowns don’t count toward either.

Can you bet NFL player props live?

Yes. bet365 and DraftKings both update props during play. On Novig, a live NFL straight trade costs the taker $0.75 per 100 contracts at 50 cents, and a user whose resting order fills pays nothing. App-by-app ratings are in our guide to the best sports betting apps.
